Important AGM Information and time lines:

Tuesday May 29th, 2012

Bowmanville, Ontario

Time: AGM starts at 7:00pm

Nominations:

 This year there will be elections to fill three (3) Director roles. Also up for election is the balance of term (1 year) for a director and treasurer. All nominations for these roles must be received by one of the organization’s Vice-Chairs in writing (e-mail will suffice) by end of day on Monday May 14^th (i.e. midnight).

•  Nominee’s must be present at the AGM (May 29^th) to accept the nomination and be included in the voting process.
•  Written nominations can be submitted in person to either Bob Englebert or Craig Forde or via e-mail at the following:

Constitutional and/or By-Law Amendments:

•  Proposed amendments to the CZHA Constitution or By-laws must be received by the Chair person by end of day on Monday May 14^th (i.e. midnight) to be considered. Amendments can be delivered either in person to Rick Miles or via e-mail to Claringtonaaa@bell.blackberry.net.
